WMA - MP3
Is there any way of burning music tracks in MP3 format when the OS driving Windows media player is Windows 7 which burns in WMA format by default - which means they won' t play on two of my CD players?

Some 4000 tracks have been ripped to library over several years with version 9, 10 & 11 of Windows media player and I have made CD's under Windows 2000, XP and vista with no problems. I can't back date to earlier versions os media playerr. With XP and vista
the tracks were in the library in WMA format when burning a playlist the message against each track was "converting" then burning - the end result MP3. It would seem that the converting option has disappeared.

It's very good for converting both audio and video files to quite a large range of alternatives.
