I have restless legs....

...and its driving me crackers, I'm getting little or no sleep cos of it. Any tips on wot to do anybody pls ??

My Mum suffered years with this! She found relief from using a product that contained horse chestnut extract (Aesculus hippocastanum) it was a roll on bottle and you roll it over your legs before going to bed and it opens the cappillaries on the leg improving circulation (I think! not too sure on exactly how it works) I think there may have been a cream too.
She bought it from the health food shop in town so I'm sure if you go to your nearest one and ask they will be able to help you :o)
