Well, he actually lives in Switzerland. It's just his mum's Italian.

But no Italians seem to have much regard or respect for their legal system ... or for thier Government.

Their Judges are generally thought to be "on the take" and in the pocket of organised criminals. The ones who aren't keep getting murdered.

The Prime Minister seems more interested in embarrassing the nation than running it.

In Italy, figures in authority are a bit of a laughing stock.

I've dealt with local councils in Portugal, and it feels as if everybody in the entire organisation is new to their job.
