i have been on suspended sentence for 21 months out of 24 months for wounding with intent to cause gbh and i have a charge of abh and criminal damage i am pleading not guilty due to provocation what do you think i will get thanx

my neighbour slammed door in my face i am my mothers full time carer she doesnt go out or she s next door at neighbours id been out had no key went next door as i normally would he slammed door and then it all kicked off i bit one of them to get him off we fell and he hit his head on ladders i had been drinking and he had and is a wiz head there was 4 of them all blokes in there i am 22 i was arrested i only wanted to know where my mum was and 2 of them knew she was down back ally at a neighbours but they didnt say ewt they are all wiz heds execept one who is an alky

how long do you think i will get and there is 3 statements against me they all tell lies and 2 of them are in there mid 50s and one of them was hurt my mum was next door before hand and all the wiz heds are talkin about it since can my solicitor use my mum to say what bad characteurs they are to weakon their statements

I am amazed at you only getting suspended sentence for 1st offence? Do you mind me asking what you did and the circumstances as I am facing a slightly less charge?

it was for wounding section 20 one down from gbh i was 3month from finishing it and they knew it next door they are all on wiz next door and go out theiving in minddle of night and the guy whos house it is is an alky drinks from morning till night my mum is gunna get called at end hopefully to give characteur reference to em she was there earlyier in night
