AB is a web site. Any "public" web site can be viewed anywhere in the world.
But it is UK based, and most of the people who give answers are UK based (but not all).
We have had questions in the past from people from the USA and other countries who have no idea it is UK based and ask questions about the US tax system or US history.
But people still try to give an answer, or point them to a US based site.
It is not true that any public website can be viewed anywhere in the world. China, for example, has banned many sites including YouTube, MySpace, New York Times, Amnesty International.
Hc I was going to say that - China has banned access to a great deal of the internet, there was something on TV about Google in China. Not all the world has access to the world wide web yet, either!
I see some of the UK ads. I also have ads appearing on here which are specifically Canadian, some of them even narrowed down to Ontario, and a few mentioning the city I live in.
Well this is nohorn again, I have responded to a British ad., ordered something from it, and just received it in the airmail. It was a product that I had never see advertised here in the U.S.
I can personally verify that if you access AB from Australia, some adverts (especially the text ones on the right) are australian bases sites, and the same in NZ.
Many sites have this facility. You must have noticed this when you visit a foreign site.
