KM Links Game - June week 4 results

Good morning all - yes, I know - what sort of time do I call this ???? Major disasters this morning down under, the computer crashed and I'm doing all this at a friend's - having solved the answers, scored the game [lots of muttering there] I've managed to sign on to bring you this - talk about dedication to duty, though what I'm going to do next weekend doesn't bear thinking about just now !!!!

Interesting group of words again, with one I thought was going to defeat all of us, but I reckoned without wickedtongue and one should never do that !! They were -

Spear Head [10 takers ]
Scrum Half [ oh lots and lots ]
Crystal Ball [8 takers]
Rainbow Coalition [ 1 taker !!!! ]

Quite a few managed three points with two correct matches - they were PATCHETT, DEVADIVA, FIBONACCI, ULYSSESS100, CLIFFYG, GEN2, MIRANDASMUM, JOBJOCKEY, KEYBOARDIX, EIGGAM, CHRISS, REG WARD & DUSTYBUN - and 35 entrants added a point to their tally so - Well done to everyone on what was overall a low scoring month

Being the last week in this month, this is where I do a full print out of the scores so I'd better get onto that, then my friends can have their computer and their house back !!!

Not sure just who will be running the show next weekend, but will do my level best to be back on deck asap, and hope you'll all be here in any case, to start the new month with glee !!! Till then cheers, S

The Free Fall Club numbers have shrunk considerably and we're down to the few dedicated members who make it an art form to remain members - I appreciate their continued enthusiasm though I really thought, with this week's words one or two of them might have made an almighty blunder - however that was not the case.

Thats about it from me - I hope to be back again next Saturday, so fingers crossed on that one, till then, bye all Steff

As a founder member of the Free Fall Club, I'm just a tad worried about the declining number of members!!

Morning J , when I won I looked back through recent KM links and found Slaney's email address listed.( Crofter's email is his old uni one which he doesn't like to publicise) I emailed slaney, who forwarded my email address to crofter who then contacted me (All this only took one day) Alternatively crofter is "important" enough to ask AB editor to release your email address to him! Slaney's email is [email protected]. You choose!

Wow! pulled up from oblivion by my bootlaces by a double hit, which is something that is scarcer than hen's teeth!! Well done all scorers and thanks Steff and hope the PC comes good! (That's what comes of all that osprey watching!)

Presumably, as I see no trace of the Owlman, Strix has had another successful week of Free Fall. Must be a good feeling when you have to try really hard ~ to fail!!! ;0)
