Are there any plants, shrubs or flowers which include the name Jack in them that are quite easy to get hold of? Thanks.

Arisaema triphyllum 'Jack-In-The-Pulpit' (you won't be growing that here!)

Are these ordinary, everyday plants that I could get in most garden centres (sorry to be a pain, I have to shop fast due to my 2 year old twins so I don't have time to browse!).
