This came up in another thread. I'm sure I read somewhere that rather than be Charles III, he is planning on using one of his middle names, anyone know more?

George, his grandfather's name, as in King George VI, was suggested as a possibility.

There has already been  George II (thrust on to the throne when his brother, Edward VIII, abdicated in 1936). 

Charles I and Charles II didn't exactly pave the way for the success of a King named Charels, so it is reported that he will become King George VII

I was suggesting, O, that the grandfather was George VI, not that Charles would be.

I also believe if he does become King he will be the last of the House of Windsor as his son will start a new dynasty as the House of Mountbatten.
