Does anyone else remember the Yellow Pages advert with jr hartley?

"It is rather old....."
It was one of those ads. that becomes more famous than its product - Hamlet cigars, Cinzano, Gold Blend, and so on - this was so popular that the death of Norman Lumsden, the actor who portrayed the character in the ads made the national press and TV.
When he died in 2001 at the age of 95, they re-ran the fly fishing advert in his memory.
Someone published a book - "Fly Fishing with J R Hartley" on the back of the advertising campaign.
