how to unblock a toilet

how do you unblock a toilet, the drain has been inspected and is clear,the blockage seems to be behind the toilet u bend.

The easiest way Noma, is with a sink plunger ........... you know, one of those things on the end of a Dalek's arm ;o)
Cheap, but effective

Or if you happen to have a dalek come over and visit just ask them to stick their head down the toilet and job done.

I usually put my whole arm in a thick carrier bag and get in there.
Last one I did was a sani towel on back U Bend.

I got called to a blocked toilet the other day... I tried unblocking it with a plunger ... it did'nt work.
So I went outside and prised up the drain cover with a crowbar ... Bingo ... there it was.
A pooh filled drain, with a thick dry crusted layer hard against the lid.
Infact it was so thick ... when I dropped my crowbar onto this crust it did'nt even break through.
Sorry folks but I just did'nt have the enthusiasim to get the drain rods out. I advised the customer to call a drain specialist ... what a whimp.!

Tied a bin bag to an old brush handle. Used it as an effective "plunger" a few times.
