Yes it's very close at the top - only 10 points difference between first and fifth.
Agree with lesblue - thanks redman for organising the league and keeping us up to date.
I don't think the World Cup in general has been the greatest of competitions, but the Answerbank League has added to the excitement.
I think Holland will win.... and lesblue the League

I used all my transfers as i was coming away and stupidly thought that I may have more and may get an internet cafe -away to have a look at the league-here goes-deep breaths !!

Once the World Cup is over, Sky will run Premiership Fantasy Football along similar lines but it will run for the whole Season. It will be Free again and we can all have a go at that before the New Season starts if everyone is willing.

Think les is deffo gonna win the AB league - im with you Ray (Hi Stranger BTW x)-nicely covered all avenues (drat !!) although its tight at the top and Ray you have a good shout as well.
Well will just have to wait on the play-off -think thats my best best lol!

Think you might be right dris. My team was no good tonight - had 4 players, 3 of which didn't play....so I will drop down the league a bit.
Hoping for more points tomorrow, but in any case hope it's a great final.

It's still all to play for with the Final coming up tonight as it all depends on Team selection and the points scored on the night. More have gone for Villa rather than Torres as he has been the form guy, but if Torres comes on as Sub and scores 1 or even 2 Goals then one of the outsiders could win AB League.
Les will be hard to dislodge from the top but will it be female power or an outsider who wins the day !! :-))

Only 16 points separating top 4 so it was pretty close !
Many thanks to everyone who took part as it was fun and created extra interest whilst World Cup was on.
I will start another Premership Fantasy Football League in August in time for the start of the new Season so I hope as many as possible will join again. It will be a free Comp with Cash Prizes so will start another thread to inform everyone about it !
