i put some frozen pork steaks into my slow cooker to cook a casserole for the mrs when she gets in from work later...my question is should i have defrosted them first??? i dont want to give her food poisioning....it has all been simmering away nicely for 3 hours...thanks in advance....

Sounds lovely stoke, except for the peppers. I'd have to hoik 'em all out before I ate the rest. Still if you think that's a way into mrs stoke's bloomers, then I wish you every success.

What time's she due home stoke - we want regular updates please - about the casserole - not what happens afterwards obviously...
