Travel zoo or try a comparison site. Often you can get a bargain if you book late.
The best prices I get are directly from the airlines.
Another online provider, but I've never used them, is Hotwire.com, but they're USA based
cheapflights.com maybe? There are others.
As CC1 suggests, you'll probably find the best prices on the airline websites.

These are the airlines which you should check:

Virgin Atlantic (Gatwick, Glasgow & Manchester to Orlando)
BA (Gatwick to Orlando)
Continental Airlines (Serving Orlando, via New York, from various departure points)
Aer Lingus (Serving Orlando, via Dublin, from various departure points)
IcelandAir (Heathrow to Sanford, via Reykjavik)
IcelandExpress (Gatwick to Sanford, via Reykjavik)
Thomas Cook (Charter flights to Sanford from Gatwick, Manchester, Glasgow & Belfast)
Thomson (Charter flights to Sanford from Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Glasgow, Gatwick, Manchester & Newcastle)
Monarch (Charter flights from Gatwick & Manchester).
