Dris, i have been glued to these games. most of the brits have been great. I was very disappointed with the 100m relays, both men and women. How hard is it to pass a baton. Jess and Mo were great tonight.

Correct - I was involved and ran for the Scottish AAA's and for relay all we concentrated on was the handover -I was hoarse shouting at those numpties -you didnt even have to prove you could run !! Run and hand out your hand and they lash the baton in before the box ended - just simple trust and I was amateur !!!

Oh yes Dris - I was remembering only the other day (for some unknown reason) the drill for baton handover. After one sports day, when we'd exchanged right in front of the staff seats, the headmaster said mine was one of the slickest hand-overs he'd ever seen - I felt very satisfied with that comment!

Nice one boxy -its difficult only as its down to trust- I just said buggar the trust and always took off- hand back and the baton was always slapped in my hand without fail!!
