Friday 13th never really bothered me...It's a last supper thing...People die every day in nasty ways ;-(
Anyway the only superstition I have is I never step on the 2nd step on a flight of stairs.

and I always wear odd socks to West Brom matches for luck....Clearly doesn't work but it might be worse if I didn't ;-)

It was Friday 13th two weeks ago damnit! I work two weeks in advance usually, I never really know exactly what date it is on the actual day... I got told off for talking about christmas coming up recently because I was looking at my December clinics. So personally, I'll probably just forget the date and crack on!

I'm not superstitious, but I don't fare well on the second Friday in August for some reason. Over the years I have been knocked down, had my arm trapped in a window at work, split up with my first husband, had a huuuuuge falling out with my parents and various other things happen - all on the second Friday in August. So I'm tempted to stay in bed all day :)

Adding to that - we live in a house that's over 70 years old & should have been No. 13, but was given an alternative number when built (as were some of the other No. 13 houses in this area).

When we initially asked why, we were told it was purely down to superstition all those years ago!

It wouldn't have bothered us if it had been No. 13, as we fell in love with it the minute we walked in the door!
