Painting our property

We live in a small detached bungalow which has red tiles on the roof. We are having the building and woodwork repainted next week and thought we might like to have the building white and the woodwork black. However, we're not sure that this would look right with the red tiles. Our fences and gates are black but we can't decide about the building.

Can anyone give an opinion please?

White Walls and buttermilk paintwork looks better. Black looks a little
stark and cold.

I agree with the count. Also black paintwork is really irritating as it marks really badly and actually looks much dirtier than pale colours.Like black cars.

Ure does barb. Just painted our garage doors black and they show every bit of dirt.
