I am considering going to the gym poodie, having put on nearly 2 stone from stopping smoking. Atm I've to do physiotherapy exercises for back pain, once that is sorted I intend to start doing some low impact exercise at the local gym
I was referred to the physio by my GP, because of the backache I think it has to do with being overweight. I can't cope with being big. The physio gave me some exercises to do three times a day, ( what a chore that is) I think it is helping, my back feels better already.
I think I'm as fit as is reasonable, I'm 52 and sweat like a pig at work generally up and down stairs a lot and I walk the dogs for about an hour a day. I don't smoke or drink.
