I have just been told by a patient (a Colonel, no less) that I have a very mellifluous voice. I think I'm flattered. He was certainly a smoothie - brought Sqad to my mind!!

Unfortunately I cannot ask you lot to verify this, as you cannot hear me. Just thought I'd tell you anyway - a compliment is a compliment after all ;-)

I always thought that Mellifluous meant "spoken in honeyed tones". ? Something like that.

I've been told I have lovely eyes too.
