creating publisher documents online

I don't have microsoft publisher on my computer. Is there something I can use online (free) that creates similar type documents? Thanks

This is free for a single project (with a small file size) but you have to pay after that:

My own preference (if I didn't already have Quark XPress and Microsoft Publisher on my PC) would be to download the excellent (free) Serif PagePlus SE:
