I pay my cleaner £8 an hour jj if that make you feel better. £15 is a very good rate but if she's good,reliable and honest and she worth it to you then what you're paying is just fine.
Well, I think she's fab. I think she usually spends the first hour watching The Jeremy Kyle Show, but you could eat off my floors, she very good at rounding up bits of sports kit that get left around the flat, and if she's finished cleaning she'll cook things for the freezer.
She's a little angel ... in a wrinkley sort of way, LOL
My cleaner makes a living but £10 an hour is not excessive. I supply all cleaning materials and I think if she uses her own she charges £12 an hour. She has to pay her own NI and special cover insurance out of that, plus she has her own little car.
