Would it definately make the bleeding only last a few days?
It might regulate me, but i don't want to end up being on for 10 - 14 days every month, I wouldn't be able to cope!

But they are not real periods - they are fake ones caused by the hormones in the pill.
You needs to bear in mind there MAY be some other side effects...
skin can become spotty - or can become clearer
hair can become finer
weight gain is possible
insomnia too
Some women get on fine on the pill - and others really dont - it depends which group you fall in to!

depends which pill you get molly. one of them you take for 3 weeks and you get a period for 1 week. then the other one (one im on) you take everyday with no break and it stops your periods and reduces them to about 4 a year if that. however you can experience irregular bleeding, i did for a little bit but nhow its stopped. i havent had a period for about 2 and a half months now.
when you go and see your nurse to get on to the pill they will explain everything to you and answer any questions you have.
