Airport Hotel/Parking at Heathrow... any recommendations?
4 Answers
Hi can anyone recommend a reasonably priced Heathrow hotel that includes parking whilst we're away. I've looked at undercover parking on the web and have a vague idea of what might be ok and what might be too pricey for us. I just wondered if anyone had any personal recommendations of hotels that are good or just ones to avoid. Thank you.

Do you really need to park at the airport? If there is any way that you can get to the airport with public transport, then I don`t think there is any point in paying to park at LHR. Parking aside, as far as staying in a hotel near the airport, I would reccommend Jury`s Inn at Hatton Cross (right opposite the tube station into the airport) or Travelodge In Feltham. Pink Elephant Parking is just about the cheapest, straight forward long term parking place at LHR
As we live in Worcestershire and need to get to the airport for an early morning check in... yes we pretty much do need to park there. Public transport would be nice, but I'd give good money if you could figure out how we could get to the airport in time using the public transport around here. We just thought it would save a (really) early morning drive down to Heathrow if we could get a hotel with parking at practically the same price as using a car parking company. Do I gather you live in London? Transport links are better there than here in the sticks I'm afraid.
