Can anybody tell what this is it keeps coming on pc when i try to bring up to date ipod updates zok for 2/3 days then i keep getting this error message foned apple svce in bombay??? could not understand chap trying to help me made me uninstall three times and then reinstall ipod worked okay that day but error message is back help

error code 36 could mean anything, how/where/when/ abouts do you get this error message Exactly?
