ive just topped up 15 quid electric but keep getting error a 5 message when i enter key,ive tried ringing edf but offices are closed.does anyone know what i could do
Do they not have an out of hours number to phone?
My daughter lost her key last week and phoned them to ask about getting a new one, she was told to go to the local co-op and pay for a new key. (British Gas charge for replacements).
