Who is the oldest member on this site? Who the youngest? Guessing I am not the oldest at 50yrs.

Well I can now definitely state that I am not the oldest OR the youngest at 40 years and 8 months!

Sorry to nominate anyone but Quizmonster has said in the past that he's retired so this would put him in the senior bracket......i'm not near either side being 30 years and a few days.

You got me, Sft! I was going to hang about, waiting to see if there were any real oldies, before confessing. But yes...I'm 65...and I suppose that makes you all think I am a real oldie!

I'll never forget sitting watching the TV news on a visit to my mother - in her nineties - and her saying re a sad, black-clad woman in some hell-hole such as Kosovo: "Look at 'at puir aul' cratur!" (That's Doric - north-east Scottish - for "Look at that poor old creature!") I'll bet my mother was all of 30 years older than the woman was! The point is...you never really feel old.

Ah well, with age comes wisdom (sometimes). Cheers
