A dilemma

My friend works in an old people's home. He has been single for years and is really shy. He really fancies the woman who makes the tea for the oldies. He says that she oozes sex appeal !! He thinks that she is in a relationship, but is not getting enough sex. He really wants to tell her how he feels. How should he approach this?

Any ideas?
