CD to MP3

I have a speech on CD but it's broken down into 10 min. segments. Can anyone please suggest a programme that will allow me to merge them all into 1 MP3? I know that I can import the CD on to iTunes as an MP3 but then I get stuck after that. Thanks in advance.

Oh and when you are done you'll need to export it as a mp3, for which you require the lame encoder installed.

In your 2nd answer, I actually thought you were disappointed with the encoder, hence the description 'lame' . . .made me smile!
