Good or bad? Would it normalise teenage pregnancy? Would it create envy among school girls and hence encourage others to get up the duff?

lofty,,, ive found some links for you re teenage pregnancy rates, but unable to transfer (dont know how ) but just google europe teenage pregnancy rates, the reasons are many, im interested in this subject, because when i left the nhs, i worked in a unit with homeless parents 99.% female. ie for homeless parents with children, and pregnant females. hope the info of interest to you.
