I was unable to find the answer to your first since I have leant that book out to one of my friends.  The second question makes no sense at all.  But the third question I was able to get an answer.  In one of the previous clues it will tell you the answer and that answer is the Sebald code. That is all the help I can give I hop eit has helped you get closer to the goal of finding the title of book the 12th.
