For example, people turn up late or stay in the bar and don't hear their flight being called ... and then they have the audacity to demand to get on a flight! This is a plane, not the number 18 bus!!!!!!!. And you see them try to bring animals on board when they have a no animal policy. And the people who get drunk - of course the staff have a responsibility to protect their other passengers and when a person who is under the influence of alcohol and refused that flight, they get angry - better they get angry in the airport than on the plane!!!
These are only a few examples - of course, sometimes the plane is delayed but if it's a fault, wouldn't you rather the plane be fixed than fly with a wheel hanging off?!?! Of course, they're not a perfect company but it always seems like the staff do their utmost best to provide a good service :)
