I agree with you - and in a way I think its the term itself that should be stopped too, the practise is simply assault and should be treated as such by the relevant authorities.

Nice to see that people were willing to take a stand to bad behaviour back in 2005 ... you know what you might have really made a difference because you don't hear about it so much these day do you?
