Lost menu bar

I know it's still very early, but I seem to have lost my Firefox menu bar. Originally it was just the bookmark option I was missing but in my cack-handed attempts to try and recover it I've lost the lot. Their help site hasn't helped me so can any one of you more technical folk help?

right click on a blank part of the menu bar where the menus should be and select menu bar to get the menus back. selecting navigation and bookmarks will get the other menus back.
