Had an appointment for 10.20am at the doctors and i get seen at 11.40 not an apology fcuk all ,yet if im late or dont turn up i get the third degree off of em !!

sqad have had the same doc for over 12 years was not his fault, the receptionist ballsed it up apparently not for the 1st time and they got rid of her, never had a problem before that, if anything only waited 10 mins to see him before. i suppose one of those things eh!!
