does he get that education allowamce?
Did you receive a form asking you to send off details of whether he'd be staying in full time education. I know you get one at 18 but I can't rememberwhat happens at 16.
Is there an older child?

he doesnt get EMA (allowance)

no older child only a younger one

i'll ring them and check it out
many thanks all
you would have had a form to return stating whether he is continuing with full time education. if he is you would still be entitled.. if you returned the form.
I think we returned a form, but they still chopped the tax credit.

I rang the helpline, and it was reinstated easily.
