Does anyone know of a contraption that I can attatch to the back of a shirt to pull it in around the waist area? If so, what is it called and where can I get one?

You can buy little brace type things that are elastic and have clips at each end about 2 to 3 inches long. Not sure if I have explained that clearly, you will probably be able to buy them in JohnLewis Department store, possible the haberdashery dept!
