Very day of the week innocent people getting murdered for stealing little money, muggings,
elderly people, children, even their own family, I am not a sadist in case some out there my think but I think enough is enough, If it's a rope that will deter this evil crime even them evil b@stards in London that blew the bus up, Oh you might say! these people do not know what they are doing " Bullsht they are evil" to get rid of evil you destroy it, I am expecting the Do Gooders to give me flack on this, but how many HONEST PEOPLE think the same way, Enough is enough its getting to the stage that the elderly are afraid to go out, should they have to live like that?

We would advocate
a version of 'three strikes and you are definitely out'
1st serious offence Probation
2nd offence mandatory prison depending on nature of offence, particularly involving violence and mandatory warning of subsequent punnishment, including 2 year monitoring of behaviour and minor offences
3. Mandatory life imprisonment, an absolute minimum of 25 years, no parole no remission.
They have had all the necessary warnings, if they fail to recognise their guilt so be it.

PS. if after only 3 quarters you fail to pay your gas or electric bill, they will cut you off. I you burgle and assault innocent people, steal personal property and commit repeated offences over many years.......sorry repeated felons.... in my book, three strikes and it's life. Prudentia.

Going back to the Question that as usual seem to get diverted elsewhere, they say the prisons are over crowded! the cost to secure the likes of Huntley comes in to thousands, if you can condone keeping the likes of this Pratt with food, heating all the b@stard asks for & a pensioner not eating because she/he can not afford food, again I will say, I am not a sadist or neither am I evil, I can see common sense & common sense here has gone out of the window, why should these evil pieces of sht have the right to live? Holy & her little friend had the right to live but where are they? they cannot marry, have children, cannot enjoy life because the evil piece of sht took their lives & now enjoys life, & never mind you saying he is behind bars yes the b@stard is behind bars but the b@stard is living, again you see that person in Huddersfield getting bottled for little money & loosing his life in-turn, these evil pieces of sht will get their sentence's but will be out because so do bloody good-er will cry out that the should be out because the where not aware of the seriousness of their crime, you tell me that's justice?

Bring back capital punishment provided it is carried out in public and also televised. The means of execution should be by referendum so that punishment should fit the crime. Straightforward unpremeditated murder would probably get the vote for clean quick death. Peodo's would get the full monty of disembowelment followed by gradual immersion into acid. Could possibly tie it in with a prize competition for the most imaginative form of slow agonising death. Yeah, let's go for it.
