Stuffing for lamb

Can anyone suggest a different stuffing from thyme and parsley for lamb, something a bit different, please?

As soon as I saw your question my brain (feeble as it is) cried out the word 'orange'. (A nice citrus tang goes well with lamb). So I googled 'lamb orange stuffing' and found these. (They've each got a different ingredient, partnered with orange, in the stuffing):

lamb stuffed with fruit is really yum.
I've done it with chopped apricots, you can do it with prunes or even apple.
