Sunday Dinner Thread.

Hey folks. I'm down in Hampshire and I'm cooking for BJ, his kids and his Dad. I cooked Paella for the family last night and so there's quite a bit of fish left-over (I always buy too much). I'm going to turn that into a fish pie with a potato and sweet potato topping. We off to a carnival this afternoon and then we'll have the fish pie as dinner later on.

What are you doing and eating today?

I've just had smelly cheese with crackers, and yogurt with the last fresh raspberries.
Tonight it's baked cod..........

Absolutley no idea NM. I haven't got anything planned as yet although I do have a packet of fresh tortellini with cheese in the fridge. Either that or a chinese. Or my mum may bring me a doggy bag.

Those are actually my father's real initials so they call him BJ at work.

No tigger it was just some brie......I looked at the Limburger but that's definitely for after dinner.

We were meant to be having steak tonight, but seeing as we are pumpkin carving today, I think it will be pumpkin soup, pumpkin fritters and pumpkin cake!!!

Nothing yet, it's free listing day on eBay and OH is away working, so Sunday is listing day, raise a bit of cash so we can take a holiday.... There are things in the fridge, I'll eat a selection of something around 730pm

I am doing my chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and wrapped in ham, potatoes cooked in a cheese sauce in the oven with spinach and sweetcorn.

Traditional roast beef (rare) with yorkies, roast/boiled vegs, home ale gravy, followed by apple & blackberry crumble & Birds custard. Ale or coffee with meal.
