It was written by a doctor. I have IBD, arthritic joints caused by the IBD, asthma, eczema... all the sort of auto-immune things caused by the body reacting to SOMETHING it doesn't like, which I keep putting into it. I did a 7 day detox (fast) and have often detoxed, eating no wheat/dairy/salt/sugar/alcohol/caffeine. Just the good stuff, really- fruit, veg, meat and some pulses. I INSTANTLY feel better. My joints stop giving way. My ESR lowers. My tinnitus disappears. If you have the sort of ailments that doctors can't cure cos they just don't know how to, I really would look at food as the reason your body is reacting against it. The book describes how it works far better than I can on here.
