If I could make a long enough lever out something that wouldn't flex much, what is the greatest weight that I could lift using it? Has anyone done something like this before? Is there a record for the heaviest amount lifted by a human being using a lever?

In theory there is no limit, providing that the fulcrum would support the weight and as you say the material didn't flex or yield.

It depends on the length and thickness of the lever and the position of the pivot
