Hi Razza. Has to be a football answer as we get a weekly football question at work and this one has us stumped. :). Also has to be a club trophy so can't be the World Cup.

The Fairs Cup is a great shout. First won by Barca and still held by Barca. However - only 5 other countries clubs have won it.

What are the other clubs and countries?
They may have spilt up post communism, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, U.S.S.R etc.

That's not a bad shout. The other coutries are England, Italy, Hungary, Yugoslavia and Belgium.

The World Cup Club almost fits but has been won by 11 different nations. It's the closest fit though .

There's also the Super Cup, the winners of The European Cup versus the winners of the U.E.F.A Cup.
Yugoslavia has split into six (latterly seven) countries, if Yugoslavia's won it more than once then one may be in what is now Serbia and the other in what is now Croatia.
It is equally possible, but less likely, to be one from Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina or Kosovo.
