I have unfortunately collected lots (and i realy mean lots) of clutter in my flat., most of which is paperwork & electronic scrap. I am in the process of decluttering & chucking stuff out, but the process is going very slowly at times. I am worried about the prospect of falling foul of the housing asociation & being evicted. What are my rights, & are my efforts likely to be enough to assuage them?

Does your tenancy agreement say about keeping a load of stuff in your flat? I;ve rented before and the agreement usually says about behaving in an orderly fashion to other tenants, but not whether I should tidy up or not (as long as it was clean when the landlords visited). I had tenants myself who used my flat as a warehouse for their record business. I am a huge hoarder myself so I know that you feel like, but why keep electronic scrap? If you can't mend it or sell it on eBay for parts, you might as well just bin it.
it will depend on you contract with the HA. In my experience (not huge) it takes a LOT to get to the point where you are evicted - have they said anything to you already?
