Hi SilkCut - honestly, it's nothing 'huge' but with the weather getting worse, etc I wanted to see what other people thought. If it was obvious cruelty I would not hesitate to ring the RSPCA.

I just saw it sherrard. It's a difficult one - I'm in a similar position with one of my neighbours, I posted about it a couple of weeks ago or so. The obvious answer is to report it, but the fact that you are neighbours makes it more tricky - you don't want to cause any neighbourhood feuds or make an enemy (especially if you're not sure who you're dealing with). I can't really advise you as I've not really figured out my own situation yet, but here's the link to my question. There were a lot of good answers that might help you

Hi Karen - I read your question, have you decided what to do? I am going to ring the RSPCA in the morning (I can't do it now as one of the little ones might hear my voice and wake up). I'm not worried about neighbourly relationships between us as we rent our house (short term let) and I know they rent theirs so it is not like we are going to be here forever. He looks quite normal (if you know what I mean) but I bet she is good in an argument (and I've not had one for ages so I've got plenty of pent up steam to let out).
