New iPod Nano

Hi all :o)

We are looking to get our daughter an iPod nano for christmas but just wanted to clarify that on the new 6th generation (the much smaller one, which is basically just a bit bigger than the size of the screen) can play movies?
The 5th Gen seem to be out of stock at our local Argos (we want to buy it on Argos card and get 3 months free interest) so I assume these are being phased out and prob won't be back in stock.
I can't see anywhere on reviews, apple website etc where it refers to being able to play movies on it! I'm assuming it does but would just like someone to clarify that you can download and watch films on it,

No, the new 6th gen nano does not play movies. Only the ipod touch and the classic play movies

Awww nooooo!!!!! Gonna have to try to get hold of a 5th gen or totally rechange what we're going to get her! Pants!
