Ugg Bailey Button boots

I have seen some grey bailey button ugg boots on ebay which I want to get for my fiancee. She usually takes a size 6, and these I've seen are a UK 6.5 because the girl selling them got them from USA. What I want to know is would the 6.5 be ok for somebody that takes a size 6 generally. I've had a look on some websites that seem to be American and they dont seem to have UK size 6, just 5.5, 6.5, 7.5 etc.

usa 6.5 is not the same as uk 6.5

it's international sizing for uggs as they are from oz, add 2 to the int. size to get UK sizes
