BT YAHOO emails

My [broadband] internet provider is talk talk and i pay btopenworld {btyahoo} for my bt email address, and for the past few months my bt email doesn't seam to open it just reloads itself, when i contact bt you get messed about from person to person, NIGHTMARE, but then sometimes if your lucky i can open the emails, this has been playing up for ages {months}
has anyone else have this problem ?
