Would you tell them?

I ordered 3 items for my daughter at the end of November. This was 2 weeks before all the snow and after another week I contacted the company to tell them I hadn't received the stuff. I expected them to say it was delayed by the weather but they told me all the items were in stock but strangely they hadn't even been picked for my order. They were very apologetic and said they would get them sent out as soon as they could. Then about 2 hours later, the postman delivers the order! Now I guessed that they weren't that quick at sending it and the next day I had an email telling me the stuff was on its way. So another batch of the stuff arrived yesterday, I now have 2 lots of identical presents. I have already been charged for the 1st lot but the invoice in the 2nd package showed free delivery so I've no idea if they will refund me. Should I keep the stuff and say nothing or contact them an be truthful? Could I be found out? I've signed nothing to accept delivery.
