Does anyone know of any random food pairings that work but really shouldn't?

a lad at work has strong cheddar cheese and strawberry jam sarnies - sounds wrong but actually tastes really nice!

so any suggestions i could try would be greatly recieved!

look up 'addictive substances' and they'll list things like nicotine and crack cocaine. rubbish. top of the list is 'cheese' as this thread proves. Try giving up cheese. Food of the gods.

the dominoes pizza has banana PEPPERS,  - not bananas unfortunately.

i eat coleslaw and prawn cocktail crisps together, similar yet different...

peanut butter and jam of course -mmm!

tinned spaghetti on toast, with cheese... and dollops od mayo on top!

bought some apple and garlic chutney, not bad, not great

digestives and philadelphia

cornflakes and choc or banana milshake
