nostril opener

Hi. I have the problem of my nose feeling bunged up during the night. I bought some nasal openers from Betterware. The opener is only small and it is shaped like a horseshoe and it has a little nodule on each end. You insert the opener by putting a nodule in each nostril and it opens up the nasal airways. I have looked on the Betterware web site and I cannot find them. Does anybody know where I could purchase these from please?

Feeling bunged up in the night is a miserable experience if it interrupts your sleep. Have you tried sleeping in a cooler bedroom with some fresh air. Also, don't have your central heating turned up too high as it dries out the atmosphere. Putting some damp cloths or towels on radiators can sometimes help raise the moisture level in a room to reduce the dryness. Also, sleeping with a tissue on your pillow which has a few drops of Olbas Oil on it can help.
