Now that Christmas

and New Year are almost done and dusted, how would you , hand on heart, rate the events from 0-10? . 10 being the tops and 0 the pits.
For me about 6, had 2 relatives staying who did my head in, saw one son but not the other, food aspects were good , wine even better, but still having nightmares about the Turkey's bum.

About 8 for me.Quiet but got to see all my lovely nieces and nephews.After has been much better because I'm dog and house sitting,away from my grumpy OH and with 4 gorgeous labradors,including mine. Chrissa..love that portrait on your gravatar (sorry to digress) Loads of fun filled walks.

Seeing a heron perching on my daughter's garden fence in a city suburb on Boxing Day has to be a winner.

Dec 22-23rd....score 10, visited lovely new grandson.
Dec 24th.........score 2, stayed in.
Dec 25th.........score 10 visited daughter had a lovely day.
Dec 26th.........score 5 just us and the cat
Dec 27th-30th score 1 got cabin fever due to every day being a Sunday.
Dec 31............score 2 stayed in.
Jan 1...............score 1 another Sunday.......oh no it's Sunday tomorrow.
